The workshop is suitable for any freediver who wants to improve the comfort during long breath-holds.
We will learn to maximize the ability to hold our breath in water without movement.
With the help of preparation and breathing exercises, you will reach a breath-hold time of over 3 minutes in the water in a safe and fun way, realizing the potential of your mammalian dive reflex with the guidance of Freedive Israel’s Instructors.
The breath-holds are done under close supervision of the instructor, first on "dry" and then in the pool.
There is a wide and precise preparation that will allow you to achieve high results in stopping breathing.
